The upcoming Bountiful Valley Brews bar, currently under construction at California Adventure, now has the beginnings of a shaded patio area.
Bountiful Valley Brews Construction Update
Bountiful Valley Brews was little more than a steel skeleton in our last update. A month later, it’s taking shape into a permanent structure located in the rock wall-encased area across from the Grizzly Peak waterfall and to the left of the Avengers Campus entrance.
This space previously served as a spot for festival booths and Madam Mim’s treat trail at Oogie Boogie Bash. It also acted as a secluded staging area thanks to the large brown wooden gates that can close it off from guest access. An additional dark green construction wall shields workers from view.
The structure has received wooden panels and been wrapped with Blueskin protective membrane.
Most notably, we saw construction workers building a wooden frame for what appears to be a shaded patio, an always-welcome guest amenity.
Bountiful Valley Brews
Bountiful Valley Brews, a new kiosk serving “light bites and brews,” will open at Disney California Adventure later this year, although we don’t have an exact date yet. Disney announced on Instagram:

We spotted the skeletal framework for the presumed bar only a couple of days later.
The name of the upcoming bar is a nod to Bountiful Valley Farm, an opening-day land in California Adventure dedicated to agriculture. An original structure from that same land, the gazebo that was relocated to Paradise Gardens, was recently demolished.
