Walt Disney World has filed several construction permits for Disney Springs, mostly in The Landing and Town Center areas.
Disney Springs Construction Permits
All the permits contract Disney’s in-house Buena Vista Construction Company for “General Construction.” They were filed by Disney’s Facility Asset Management team, which usually points to general maintenance.
One permit is for the Disney Springs bridge, which crosses the lagoon, creating a shortcut connecting the Marketplace and Town Center. Even if the bridge needs minor maintenance, it could close in the coming months due to work.
There are also permits for these restaurants and merchandise kiosks:
- Paddlefish
- Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant
- UNIQLO
- The LEGO Store
- Happy Hound kiosk
- The BOATHOUSE
All the permits expire on 9/21/27.
