Walt Disney Imagineering filed a construction permit for an unlisted address at Magic Kingdom. It’s likely to be located near Haunted Mansion.

The permit is for “General Construction” at 1610 Magic Kingdom Dr., an address that does not currently exist. The highest number along Magic Kingdom Dr. is 1600 — The Haunted Mansion’s address.

1610 will likely be near the mansion and could be one of the new buildings we saw on the Piston Peak model. One of these is a restroom while another is unlabeled (although it could be part of the restrooms).

Many speculated construction behind the mansion would be for the addition of a themed bar like on Disney Cruise Line ships or an extended queue for The Haunted Mansion.

The permit lists general contractor PCL Construction for the work and, as per usual, expires in one year.
