If you haven’t heard, then let me be the bearer of bad news… Disneyland’s Oogie Boogie Bash is sold out for the rest of the season! I can’t believe it- but also I can.
While the event may officially be sold out for 2026, before you give up on attending this year, there’s one interesting exception. If you are a D23 member, check out the benefits that come with your membership, including the free ones! D23 Night at Oogie Boogie Bash was recently announced for September 27 from 6 to 11 PM, and as of this post, tickets are still available for purchase!
This life changing event has solidified itself into the hearts of many after its 2019 debut. Oogie Boogie Bash is an after-hours Halloween party hosted at Disney California Adventure Park. Tickets include entry to the park as early as 3pm, three hours before the Oogie Boogie Bash begins, but only on select Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays throughout the remainder of September and October.
It features five hours of Halloween fun- promising a Halloween street party, special entertainment, immersive snacks and treats, merchandise, and a lot more! Not to mention, it also features some of our favorite villainous characters! Some of which only ever make their appearance on and off the Oogie Boogie Bash stage!
This year’s debut star is Yzma from The Emperor’s New Groove! Offering a new character experience for fans to enjoy! Other highlights from this year’s surprise appearances include Gaston, Facilier (my personal favorite), Remy and Emile! Though aside from those, there are lots of returning character experiences. Oogie Boogie Bash has become a staple of Halloween traditions at Disneyland. With all this and more, it is no wonder that Oogie Boogie Bash has become super popular amongst many. It is also no wonder that it is sold out!
Rest assured that there is still plenty of Halloween fun to be had at Disneyland. Disney is known for its amazingly beautiful Halloween décor- and it’s not just for the bash! Anyone going to Disneyland will be able to see tons of frighteningly thrilling displays and special costumes worn by Mickey, Minnie, and all of their friends! Not to mention the costumed Cars in Cars Land celebrating the JamBOOree in Mater’s Graveyard!
While it is sad to know Oogie Boogie Bash is sold out for 2026- I already can’t wait to see what they do next year!
