Goofy’s red hot rod has been removed from Disney’s Pop Century Resort at Walt Disney World. This was reportedly due to a broken windshield.

Goofy’s Hot Rod Removed from Pop Century

Goofy’s hot rod has been a nostalgic staple at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, and a video on social media captured it being lifted from its location and towed away. @DashDestinations notes the removal is due to a broken windshield.

Later, the same user posted another video showing the area is surrounding by temporary barriers.

The vehicle was located between the 1960s and 1970s sections, near the edge of the courtyard area and not far from the Everything POP main building.

It’s unclear whether the car will receive a new windshield and put back into place, or if it will be permanently removed.
