AI-Generated Photos at MCO
In an Instagram video shared by Instagram user @walkintheparktravel, they seemingly stopped by the Universal Orlando Resort store in the East Hall area of the airport in Terminal B. That store is temporarily closed for renovation, with no opening date announced.
There, the creator found AI-generated photos of apparel, plush, and more. Many of the characters and lettering are distorted and unreadable. Other Universal franchises, including Jurassic Park, the Minions, and How to Train Your Dragon, were also seen on the wall.

There are two other Universal stores located in the airport that are currently open:
- Universal Orlando – Terminal C Palm Court – Open from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Universal Orlando – West Hall Terminal A – Open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Ongoing MCO Construction
Orlando International Airport recently revealed renovations estimated at $351 Million that are in the works for Terminals A, B, and airsides. These improvements are part of phased changes to the airport, including an upcoming atrium update and tons of new dining options.
