Disney will offer a free LEGO Star Wars Darth Vader’s Lightsaber set with certain purchases next month alongside the launch of a LEGO Executor Super Star Destroyer set.

The LEGO sets will hit DisneyStore.com on October 4, 2026 at 12 a.m. PT.
The LEGO Executor Super Star Destroyer (75457) is part of the Ultimate Collector Series. Inspired by Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, it’s a replica of Darth Vader’s personal flagship. It will retail for $799.99, featuring over 6,000 pieces and measuring 53 1/2 inches long when constructed, making it the longest LEGO Star Wars model yet.

The LEGO Star Wars Darth Vader’s LIGHTSABER set will be available for free with any $130+ purchase (purchase of the Executor is not required) at DisneyStore.com. It has 174 pieces, includes a stand and nameplate, and measures 9 inches long.
Both sets are recommended for ages 18+.
The new LEGO sets will also be released on LEGO.com. The lightsaber will be a gift with purchase of the Executor Super Star Destroyer. LEGO Insider Early Access on this set begins October 1. It will then be available to all fans on October 4. The LEGO lightsaber gift will be available through October 7 or while supplies last.
