We visited Beaches & Cream Soda Shop at Disney’s Beach Club Resort to try their new Cinnamon Roll Shake, which is available for the fall season. The milkshake can be found at the to-go window and during table-service dining.
Cinnamon Roll Shake – $16
Butter Pecan Ice Cream, Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup, Fall Sprinkles, and a Cinnamon Roll
This is a fun seasonal upgrade to the Beaches & Cream milkshake roster. The standout element is the cinnamon roll on top, which you might think you don’t need with a milkshake, but it elevates the treat.
On the other hand, the pecans in the ice cream itself bring the shake down. They clog up the straw. They provide a decent juxtaposition to all the sweet flavors, we just wish there were fewer of them.
If you don’t like pecans or any nuts in your ice cream, pass on this. Otherwise, you’ll probably enjoy it.
