Disney has released the full menu for The Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up at Magic Kingdom.
The Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up Menu
Starting on October 4, The Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom will offer a limited-time pop-up menu, replacing its old family-style menu. The full list, with prices, of small plates and specialty beverages can be found below.

Cured beef, candied bacon, smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar, and pickles
