Raglan Road Co-Founder Paul Nolan Dies

Paul Nolan, co-founder of Raglan Road at Disney Springs, has passed away.

Raglan Road announced Nolan’s passing on social media, posting, “To all our Raglan friends and family, it is with a heavy heart that we share sad news that Paul Nolan our dear friend and co-founder of Raglan Road has passed away. He left us to join the Angels on Tuesday night with his brave daughters by his side. Paul was our friend, leader, mentor and inspiration. He will be sadly missed, but always remembered.”

A book of condolences will be open at Raglan Road 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. from Friday, October 2 through Sunday, October 4. A digital version is also available.

The family suggested donations be sent to the Irish Cancer Society.

Nolan is survived by his daughters Sophie and JulieAnn, daughter-in-law Aoife, JulieAnn’s partner John, his partner Mairéad, his mother Marie, sisters Anne and Carol, brothers Fergal and Barry, sisters-in-law Mary, Nicky, and Aisling, nieces, and nephews.

Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant opened in 2005. Nolan co-founded the venue with John Cooke and Chef Kevin Dundon. It’s open daily from 11 a.m. Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
