The sprawling former headquarters of Yamaha Motor Corp. in Cypress, California, near Disneyland Resort, now belongs to The Walt Disney Company, according to public records.
Disney Takes Over Former Yamaha Headquarters

Yamaha announced the relocation of its company headquarters to Georgia earlier this year, a large move from the campus it has occupied in Orange County since 1979. According to commercial real estate brokerage Avison Young, the 25-acre Yamaha property at 6555 Katella Avenue includes industrial, warehouse, and office buildings on a parcel that encompasses an entire city block bounded by Katella, Holder Street, and Yamaha Way.

Avison Young announced the sale of the property on October 2, but did not name Disney as the buyer. However, public records indicate Disney purchased the property for $115.29 million and officially closed the sale on September 23.
According to these sources, Yamaha will fully vacate the property by the end of 2026. The campus is located less than seven miles from the Disneyland Resort, but no statements regarding the sale have been made by Disney at this time.
