After announcing details of the ship, Disney Cruise Line has released the full deck plans for the Disney Believe, confirming more returning venues like Palo Steakhouse and Marceline Market.
Disney Believe Deck Plans

The Believe has the same layout as the other three Wish-class ships (Wish, Treasure, and Destiny). Deck 1 only has the tender lobbies and health center. Staterooms begin on Deck 2, where kids ages 3 to 10 can also enjoy Disney’s Oceaneer Club. Next door is “it’s a small world” Nursery for babies and infants.
The Oceaneer Club on Disney Believe will have a Monsters, Inc.-inspired entrance.

On Deck 3 is the Moana-inspired Grand Hall, where guests enter the ship. Off the Grand Hall is 1923, a returning rotational dining restaurant from other ships.
Deck 3 also features the piano bar Sea Notes inspired by The Little Mermaid, the immersive Haunted Mansion Parlor (also returning from other ships), and the Snow White-inspired Wishing Well lounge.
Though individual shops are not labeled, the shopping and merchandise on this floor will probably be the same as on the Wish, Treasure, and Destiny: Treasures Untold, 3 Wishes, Once Upon a Time, Royal Regalia, and Enchanted Castle Jewels.
At the forward of the ship is the main entrance to the Walt Disney Theatre, where guests will be able to enjoy Tangled: The Musical, Disney Seas the Adventure, and an all-new Encanto show.

Deck 4 features the Worlds of Marvel restaurant, Untangled Salon, Hook’s Barbery, and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (all returning). The first cafe overlooking the Grand Hall is Cafe Kakamora.
The ship’s large family entertainment venue will be the Zootopia-inspired Gazelle. Outside this space is Wonderland Cinema, Never Land Cinema, and the Walt Disney Theatre balcony.
Guest Services, the Port Adventures desk, and Disney Vacation Club desk will also be on this deck. The outdoor promenade begins here, too.

Gazelle continues onto Deck 5. Near the lounge is Skygazers, an observatory themed pub, and the returning Triton Lounge. The forward of the ship features Senses Spa and Senses Fitness.
At the aft is Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family First, Disney Cruise Line’s second Frozen dinner show restaurant. Also on this floor is the tween club Edge, the Disney Vacation Club planning area, Shutters Photography Shop, and the Mickey’s Mainsail gift shop.
A second cafe overlooking the Grand Hall is Big Hero Sips. This is the last deck with views of the Grand Hall.

Decks 6 through 10 are dedicated to staterooms. Pools start on Deck 11, located outside Marceline Market, the returning buffet venue. Inside Out: Joyful Sweets is also returning from the Wish but with new Inside Out 2 theming. Across from the sweets shop is the store Dory’s Forget Me Knots.
For quick-service poolside fare, there’s Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods. Staterooms continue across the forward.

The aft of Deck 12 has adults-only venues The Rose, Palo Steakhouse, and Enchante by Chef Arnaud Lallement — all returning from other Wish-class ships.
Outside these restaurants are the teen and young adult clubs Vibe and The Hideaway. This deck also has the first level of Hero Zone, a sporty play area.
Outside, pools continue and guests can watch movies on the FunnelVision screen. Behind FunnelVision is the Toy Story Splash Zone, including Slide-a-saurus Rex and Wheezy’s Freezies.
Concierge staterooms and the concierge lounge are at the front of the ship.

Hero Zone continues on Deck 13. This is also where the adults-only Quiet Cove is located with a private pool, Cove Cafe, and Cove Bar.
Guests can enter the AquaMouse on Deck 13.
Concierge staterooms continue at the front, along with the concierge sun deck.

Deck 14 features the two royal suites and the Magic Kingdom-inspired Believe Tower Suite, all of which are two stories.
The Disney Believe will set sail on its maiden voyage out of Port Everglades in December 2027.
