The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is offering a rotating menu of Halloween cocktails this month alongside weekly costume contests. Later this fall will be the Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic and Thanksgiving meals at various restaurants.
Halloween “Spirits” at Swan and Dolphin
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is encouraging guests to get into the “spirit” of Halloween this October with specialty cocktails across its restaurants and lounges. Each week offers a new visiting “spirit.”
Currently available from October 4 through October 10 is Fangtasia, a “decadently smooth and enchanting cocktail” consisting of Three Olives Vodka, Chambord, and Mozart White Chocolate liqueur, blended with honey blossom syrup and creamy oat milk, and finished with a red honey rim.
From October 11 through 17, enjoy Blood Moon Lychee, a fusion of Maestro Dobel Tequila and delicate lychee juice with fresh lemon juice and rich cherry syrup.
Haunted Harvest will be available from October 18 through 24. This autumnal cocktail combines Three Olives Vodka and Prosecco with crisp apple juice, caramel butter syrup, fresh lime juice, and a touch of orgeat.
Last but not least, Gravedigger will be available from October 15 through 31. This is a “dark and intriguing blend” of Kraken Rum, Crème de Banana, Antica Vermouth, and Aperol. It’s a Halloween take on a classic Negroni.
These cocktails can be found at the restaurants and lounges throughout the triplex including, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, Todd English’s bluezoo, Phins Lounge, Amare, Kimonos, and more.
Weekly Costume Contests & More Halloween Activities
Guests will have the opportunity to showcase their own Halloween spirit with a weekly costume contest taking place inside the Dolphin’s Lagoon Games, Lanes & Eats. The weekly contest takes place Saturday evenings October 3 – 24 at 5:00 p.m. Prizes will be awarded to winners.
Anyone in a Halloween costume will also receive a special treat from chefs at sit-down restaurants.
Other Halloween offerings will include a scavenger hunt, inflatable maze, arts and crafts, a poolside DJ, and trick or treating.
Thanksgiving Meals
Garden Grove at Swan will offer a Thanksgiving buffet including classics like roasted turkey and glazed ham as well as some special twists for those with varying tastes like seared grouper and made-to-order Mickey Waffles.
Guests can also find special Thanksgiving menu items throughout four of the property’s signature dining experiences that will be served in addition to the restaurant’s traditional menus.

- Hay-Smoked Tomahawk Steak w/ potato crusted fondant potatoes and red wine demi glace at Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina at Dolphin
- Harvest Salad with roasted acorn squash, crispy quinoa, baby kale, arugula, shaved brussels, frisee lettuce, fresh pomegranate, candied walnuts, maple-goat cheese mousse, dijon vinaigrette at Todd English’s bluezoo at Dolphin
- Ossobuco with braised veal shank, creamy polenta, roasted vegetables, gremolata at Il Mulino at Swan

Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic
The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic returns Friday, November 20 and Saturday, November 21. This street party features world-class cuisine, international wine and beer tastings, live entertainment, and appearances by celebrity chefs Michael Mina and Todd English.
Guests can enjoy unlimited food and beverage tastings each night, with dishes from the resort’s 23 restaurants and lounges; themed areas such as Chinatown, Carnival Corner, and For the Love of Florida; and instructor-led tasting classes on beer, wine, and spirits.
