It’s no secret that a trip to Disney World is — and always has been — an expensive proposition. That can be especially true when choosing which hotel to stay at on property. That’s why ANY time I’m searching for a hotel at Disney World — like, say, for a 2027 stay — there’s one button I always check for available discounts!

And these discounts don’t apply just at Disney-owned hotels… There are also discounts available at other hotels on property that Disney doesn’t own. Let’s take a look at the current available discounts!

Let’s start with one of our favorite places to stay on Disney property: The Swan & Dolphin Resorts! The Michael Graves-designed hotels are unique amongst Disney World hotels in that they’re located on the company’s property but are not owned by Disney. Instead, the hotels, which opened in 1990, were initially part of a joint venture between Disney, the developer Tishman, insurance company MetLife, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and are currently owned and operated by Marriott’s Sheraton Hotels and Resorts brand.

Given that arrangement, the hotels offer several unique discounts guests need to be aware of, including:

• Senior Citizen Rate: Guests 62 and older receive special savings. Of course, discounts at Disney World hotels move beyond the Swan & Dolphin. In fact, the company is currently offering a litany of savings for 2027 bookings throughout the first half of next year.

First off, Disney is offering guests the ability to save up to 25% on select rooms for stays on select nights from January 3rd to April 29th, 2027. The company is also offering savings of $250 per night on select 4-night, 4-day (or longer) Walt Disney Travel Company room-and-ticket packages for stays on select nights from January 3rd to July 28th, 2027.
