Some Princess Diaries 25th anniversary merchandise that was previously available for D23 this year are now available for purchase at Disneyland Resort.
Princess Diaries 25th Anniversary Merchandise Collection
Grove High School T-Shirt – $36.99
This light-blue t-shirt for adults is designed to look like the athletic shirt Mia Thermopolis wears in The Princess Diaries. A yellow lion head is placed in the center of the shirt, surrounded by two black laurel leaves. “Grove,” the name of the high school Mia goes to in the film, is printed in black below the design.
The back of the shirt is plain except for a black 25th anniversary Princess Diaries logo printed near the collar.
Genovia Pullover Sweatshirt – $69.99
This white pullover sweatshirt has the royal crest for Genovia, the fictional European country where Mia is heir to the throne. The filigree crest is embroidered in gold with a prominent gold “G” in the center. “Genovia” is embroidered in gold above the design.
The back of the sweatshirt is plain, and it comes with cuffed hem and sleeves. A gold Princess Diaries 25th anniversary logo is embroidered at the end of one sleeve.
Grove High School Cardigan – $79.99
This navy-blue cardigan features a cable knit pattern with light blue striping down the front. A small Grove High School patch has been added to the front left chest.
The sweater comes with gold buttons and varsity white-and-blue striping at the hem. More white striping can be found at the end of each sleeve. One sleeve has a 25th anniversary patch attached to the end as well.
The back of the cardigan is undecorated and continues the navy-blue cable knit and varsity striping pattern.
Grove High School Backpack – $59.99
This light-blue backpack comes with a black base and a black flap cover decorated with a large lion Grove High School lion seal.
Unfastening the front flap reveals a design on the inside. “Me? A Princess?” is printed in yellow above a yellow Genovia crest.
Black cords cinch the bag shut, and the inside lining of the bag is plain black.
The sides of the backpack are undecorated, while a black Princess Diaries 25th anniversary logo is printed on the back. The bag comes with black straps with adjustable gold buckles.
We found the Princess Diaries 25th anniversary apparel and bags at the D-Lander shop in Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort. The merchandise was previously part of a collection that was released online at the Disney Store. A 25th anniversary doll was also released at Walt Disney World shortly after.
