Walt Disney World Files Permit for Test Track at EPCOT

Walt Disney World filed a construction permit for electrical work at Test Track in EPCOT.

Test Track Electrical Work

A Test Track sign welcomes guests outside Epcot's sleek building, presented by General Motors, with visitors nearby.

Maddox Electric Company will complete the work, which is only described as “electrical” on the permit. Maddox has worked with Disney several times, including on Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin and Bluey’s Wild World.

The electrical work will probably be completed after hours and outside of guest view. Disney has not announced a closure for the ride.

Test Track went through an extensive reimagining last year. Check out Tom’s honest review and watch our ride POV below.
