Walt Disney Imagineering filed a permit apparently for set installation near Piston Peak National Park in Magic Kingdom.
Are Sets Coming to Piston Peak?

The newly-filed permit calls for the installation of set elements at 4995 Caribbean Way. The address doesn’t technically exist but has been used previously on permits connected to Piston Peak National Park.
Piston Peak replaces Tom Sawyer Island and Rivers of America. The island’s former address was 4975 Caribbean Way. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is 4485 and recently-closed kiosks along the river were 4865. So 4995 should be somewhere in the vicinity.
That said, it’s far too early for Piston Peak to be getting set pieces. The construction site barely has structures. The permit expires in one year so it’s possible Imagineering filed it extra early.
It’s also possible the address is being used to refer to an area just outside the construction zone, maybe along the boardwalk’s edge or near Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.
The permit contracts Icarus Exhibits, Inc., who has worked with Walt Disney World several times.
