Disney Names Jason Recher Senior VP of Digital Marketing & Creator Partnerships

Jason Recher is now Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing and Creator Partnerships for The Walt Disney Company.

Recher announced his new role in a LinkedIn post on October 16, celebrating The Walt Disney Company’s 103rd anniversary and his own 9th anniversary with the company.

He has actually been in the role since May and said he has “loved working together with a new blended team of storytellers filled with creativity and passion for Disney.”

Recher was previously Vice President of Segment Content Creation and Digital Integration. He was also VP of Global Public Relations for Disney Experiences. He joined Disney in October 2017 as a Director of Public Affairs and Executive Communications.

The new role means Recher is probably the one inking deals with online creators like Dude Perfect, who Disney just announced a partnership with.
