Disney Store has released new limited-edition Halloween pins themed to the antagonists of The Nightmare Before Christmas.
These pins are available for D23 Gold and D23 General Members only, with a purchase limit of two pins per guest, while supplies last. Both pins come on a colorful D23 Halloween backing card.
D23-Exclusive Lock, Shock and Barrel Halloween Pin – $39.99
This pin has a Halloween wreath design of gray-colored bugs and candy. Lock, Shock, and Barrel are depicted with a yellow bathtub and large bags full of candy and lollipops. “D23 Halloween” is printed in block letters below the group, while the background is a forest with a large moon. The pin has a black gunmetal finish with glow-in-the-dark elements.
D23-Exclusive Oogie Boogie Halloween Pin – $39.99
Similar to the previous pin, a gray wreath of bugs and candy surround an image of Oogie Boogie. He is colored bright green and is holding a red die in one hand, while hanging off a light with his other hand. Bats, spiders, chains, and more icons can be seen in the background. “D23 Halloween” is displayed below, and the pin has glow-in-the-dark elements as well.
Jack Skellington, Oogie Boogie, and the rest of the Halloween Town crew have taken over Haunted Mansion at Disneyland for another fall and winter season. Walt Disney Imagineering recently shared a behind-the-scenes look at the work that supports this year’s animated ballroom gingerbread centerpiece. This year is also the 25th anniversary of Haunted Mansion Holiday, so there is new merchandise available to purchase and lenticular trading cards exclusively available for Magic Key holders.
