Bookings for Disney Cruise Line’s new Disney Believe, setting sail next December, are now open to all guests. However, the maiden voyage is still sold out.
Disney Believe Bookings

Bookings opened to the general public on October 19 after a pre-sale period for Castaway Club members and other select guests.
During the pre-sale, which began on October 12, the ship’s maiden voyage sold out. All other 28 inaugural season sailings are still available.

Venues include the returning Haunted Mansion Parlor, Inside Out: Joyful Sweets with Inside Out 2 theming, and a Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs lounge.
