Did You Know These Disney World Christmas Favorites Are Included With Park Admission?

Christmas at Walt Disney World brings two major after-hours events, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Disney Jollywood Nights. Both offer plenty of exclusive entertainment, but you don’t have to purchase another ticket to enjoy some of the best Christmas experiences around the parks.

In fact, several attractions get seasonal makeovers during regular operating hours, and 2026 brings a few new additions! Here’s what you can enjoy with your regular theme park admission.

Jingle Cruise at Magic Kingdom

Adventureland’s Jungle Cruise becomes Jingle Cruise each Christmas season, complete with holiday decorations, festive props, and plenty of terrible Christmas jokes from the skippers. The makeover reaches beyond the queue, with Christmas touches throughout the river expedition. It’s one of those holiday traditions I look forward to every year, and you can experience it during regular park hours.

A Frozen Holiday Surprise at Magic Kingdom

Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf return for A Frozen Holiday Surprise, a short nighttime show that transforms Cinderella Castle with icy projections. You can catch the show during regular park hours, including before Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party begins on select evenings.

I still miss the original Cinderella Castle Dream Lights and those thousands of beautiful icicle lights, but at least the castle gets a ~little~ Christmas makeover!

Living with the Land: Glimmering Greenhouses at EPCOT

One of EPCOT’s best Christmas traditions happens inside The Land pavilion! From November 27 through December 30, Living with the Land transforms into Glimmering Greenhouses. Once the sun sets, hop aboard for twinkling lights, colorful displays, and Christmas decorations filling the attraction’s working greenhouses. You don’t need anything beyond regular EPCOT admission to enjoy this seasonal version of the boat ride.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind Holiday Music at EPCOT

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind gets a new holiday soundtrack for 2026!

From November 25 through January 6, you can hear one of three rotating Christmas songs during your intergalactic adventure:

  • “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” by Andy Williams
  • “Christmas Eve/Sarajevo 12/24” by Trans-Siberian Orchestra
  • “Christmas Wrapping” by The Waitresses

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets: Obligatory Holiday Overlay

The Electric Mayhem isn’t wasting any time celebrating their first Christmas at Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster! From November 4 through January 6, the new Muppets version of the attraction gets an Obligatory Holiday Overlay, complete with seasonal additions to the recording studio and four holiday tracks:

  • “Holiday Road” with Kermit and Fozzie
  • “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” with Jennifer Hudson
  • “Silver Bells” with Cyndi Lauper
  • “Little Saint Nick”

You know this one is already high on my Christmas must-do list!

Sunset Seasons Greetings at Hollywood Studios

Sunset Boulevard is one of my favorite places at Disney World during Christmas, especially with all of those vintage-inspired decorations! After dark, Sunset Seasons Greetings transforms the Hollywood Tower Hotel with holiday projections featuring characters from the Muppets, Toy Story, Frozen, and Mickey’s Christmas Carol.

Look for the gingerbread hotel featuring Kermit and Miss Piggy, along with little flurries of snoap along Sunset Boulevard. The projections run throughout the evening during regular park hours — not exclusively during Jollywood Nights!

Alien Swirling Saucers Holiday Music

From November 4 through January 6, Alien Swirling Saucers features DJ Lilypad’s holiday playlist, including “Deck the Halls,” “Toyland,” “Swirling, Swirling, Saucers,” and “Joy to the Swirl.” Add in the oversized Christmas decorations throughout Andy’s backyard, and it’s worth stopping by, day or night!

More Christmas Entertainment Included With Admission

There are plenty of other seasonal favorites worth making time for, too.

EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays runs November 27 through December 30, featuring holiday storytellers around World Showcase, holiday-themed light shows on Spaceship Earth, and the Candlelight Processional at America Gardens Theatre.

At Animal Kingdom, the Merry Menagerie brings adorable winter animal puppets to Discovery Island, while the Tree of Life Awakenings Holiday Edition adds festive nighttime projections.

What About Magic Kingdom’s Christmas Parade and Fireworks?

In previous years, Magic Kingdom has offered Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks, and Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration (castle stage show) during regular park hours after the final Christmas party.

The last Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party of 2026 takes place December 22. While Disney hasn’t confirmed whether all three shows will follow that tradition this year, it is very likely. Keep an eye on the entertainment schedule as Christmas approaches!

Between the attraction overlays, Christmas music, nighttime projections, resort decor, and seasonal shows, there’s plenty to enjoy without adding a separate party ticket to your Disney World vacation!
