If you’re visiting the Magic Kingdom on November 10th or 11th, we have great news for you! As part of the ABC holiday filming at Walt Disney World, Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade will run as the 2:00 PM parade. This means you can see the Christmas parade twice in November without a Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party ticket!

Park reservations for Annual Passholders have already booked up for November 11th, so make your plans now! This also means there will likely be celebrities and special filming moments in the parks that same week. The “extras” in the recorded performances are typically Cast Members and their families, but you can still catch live performances around the parks as a passing guest. These performances are not published in the My Disney Experience app. Some of last year’s Disney World performances included Aloe Blacc, Good Charlotte, Bebe Rexha, and Trisha Yearwood.
With the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party coming up on November 8th, we can expect to see the Magic Kingdom fully decorated for the holidays very soon! In fact, most of the Magic Kingdom holiday decorations will go up on November 1st after the last Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. There are still tickets available for the Christmas Party but select dates are quickly selling out. Be sure to request a quote from Dreams Unlimited Travel today for 2026 holiday packages that include room discounts and more!

If visiting the week of Christmas, the afternoon parade officially switches to Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade on December 23rd! The Christmas Parade is a holiday tradition for my family and I can’t wait to see the magic of the marching toy soldiers and snow on Main Street very soon.
