Ahead of the holiday season, Tree of Life Awakenings is returning to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Performances will take place on select dates.

Tree of Life Awakenings

Tree of Life Awakenings is a nighttime experience that takes place at the Tree of Life in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. With Daylight Savings Time upon us, the park will finally be dark enough for guests to experience the show before closing.

According to the webpage for the show, guests will be able to experience it on select nights: November 1 and 7 (from 6:10 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) and on November 2, 5, and 6 (from 6:10 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.). Tree of Life Awakenings occurs approximately every 10 minutes.

The Tree of Life Awakenings Holiday Edition projection show transforms the park’s iconic centerpiece into holiday scenes. No showtimes are listed, but the Walt Disney World holiday season is November 13, 2026 through January 6, 2027, so it’s expected to run during this period.
