Universal Orlando Resort may finally be gearing up to add Epic Universe to their Annual Passes. Comcast shared their Q3 2026 results on October 22 and co-CEO Mike Cavanagh referenced bringing new packages like “three-park passes” to fruition.

Goldman Sachs analyst Michael Ng asked Cavanagh about Universal’s dropping theme park revenue and when they can expect to see trends improve for Universal Orlando Resort.

Cavanagh said, “We’re focused on the things we can control. So we’ve got a new head of marketing. So we’re going to bring some promotional and product packages into the market, three-park passes and the like.”

Universal Orlando Resort already offers “three-park passes” that include Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and the water park Universal Volcano Bay. But Cavanagh’s phrasing implied three-park passes would be a new offering, probably referring to the inclusion of Epic Universe alongside the other two theme parks.

Universal Orlando Annual Passholders have only been able to purchase specially-priced one-day Epic Universe tickets. A survey sent to Annual Passholders earlier this year asked about possible Epic Universe Annual Pass options.

Cavanagh said Universal is making progress on improving Epic Universe capacity with “reliability of attractions and availability, throughput, load times,” etc. Improved capacity could open the door for an inclusive Annual Pass.

“That’s a combination of just getting the tech settled down, getting the staff trained to load and unload at the right speed and the like,” he said.

He also referenced the construction of Fast and Furious: Hollywood Drift at Universal Studios Florida.

Though he specifically said new attractions were in the works for the other parks, “not Epic,” there is foundational work underway on a new Dark Universe attraction at Epic Universe.

Though Cavanagh teased a three-park pass, he gave no further details like a timeline for its release. Stay tuned for more information.
