Indiana Jones Adventure in Disneyland Park failed to open as scheduled following an approximately two-month closure for refurbishment.

Indiana Jones Adventure Fails to Reopen

Indiana Jones Adventure first closed for refurbishment on September 8 following the removal of the interactive bamboo pole, which creates a collapsing ceiling effect in the queue.

It was then revealed on the Disneyland app and website that the attraction was going to reopen on October 23 following the two-month refurbishment closure.

During our visit to the park today, the attraction wasn’t open as expected. Several Cast Members were stationed in front of the attraction’s entrance, letting guests know the ride is currently closed.

Our in-park reporter was told by Cast Members that it was possible the attraction would be open “later today,” but there was “no estimated timeline.”

Until it reopens, watch our Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Forbidden Eye POV:
