If you’re anything like me, you often prioritize which Disney World rides you’re going to head to first thing in the morning LONG before you actually enter that park. Whether it’s the latest new high-tech attraction, your forever favorite ride, or something new and even seasonal… That’s where November 3rd comes in.
That day the Jingle Cruise makes its 2026 debut, and it’s sure to be a MAJOR morning draw for guests heading to the Magic Kingdom. However, if you’re making a trip this holiday season and staying at Disney World, there’s something you NEED to know.
For years now, the Jingle Cruise has been one of Disney World’s most popular holiday offerings. An overlay of the classic and forever “World Famous” Jungle Cruise, the ride offers a version of the classic “packed with holiday-themed puns,” and — importantly for our focus today — unlike other holiday overlays, it’s available to all guests as opposed to only guests with tickets to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Suffice to say, many guests try to rope drop Jingle Cruise during its limited run since lines are often LONG.
Now, if you booked a Disney World vacation during Jingle Cruise’s run and are staying at one of their hotels, you may be thinking, “I’ll definitely take advantage of Early Entry for this ride.” Early Entry is, of course, one of Disney World’s most popular hotel perks. It grants guests staying at Disney World resort hotels a 30-minute period where they can enter each of Disney World’s theme parks before they officially open every day of their stay and hop on eligible rides early.
Unfortunately, we have some BAD NEWS. Jingle Cruise is NOT offered during the 30-minute Early Entry period. In fact, nothing in Adventureland (or Frontierland, or Liberty Square) is available during this period. The attractions currently available for Early Entry at Magic Kingdom in 2026 include:
- “it’s a small world”
- Astro Orbiter
- Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin
- Dumbo the Flying Elephant
- Mad Tea Party
- Peter Pan’s Flight
- Prince Charming Regal Carrousel
- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
- Space Mountain
- The Barnstormer
- The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
- Tomorrowland Speedway
- Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover
- Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid
So, if you’re a Disney World hotel guest looking to ride Jingle Cruise first thing in the morning, you’re not going to be able to do so directly using Early Entry. You’ll simply need to join the crowd to enter Adventureland and enter with the normal rope drop crowds to head to the ride.
If you’re planning to rope drop Jingle Cruise beginning on November 3rd, plan to deal with big crowds, and know that Early Entry can’t help you! Stay tuned to DFB for more on Disney’s Holiday offerings!
