Hanukkah is coming up, and Disney has shared a look at some of the new merchandise available for this year’s celebration! From Mickey Mouse and his pals to Star Wars, Marvel, and Stitch, there’s a pretty good assortment of holiday gifts, clothing, and collectibles to check out.
Some of the merchandise is available at Walt Disney World and Disneyland, while other items can be found through retailers including Homage, Hot Topic, and Amazon. Let’s take a look at what’s new!
Mickey Mouse and Friends Hanukkah Merchandise
Mickey and Minnie are getting into the Hanukkah spirit with a colorful collection that includes a cozy throw blanket, a matching mug, a T-shirt, and a collectible pin. The designs feature Mickey, Minnie, and a menorah, and they’re available at select merchandise locations at Walt Disney World and Disneyland.
There’s also a new Mickey and Friends design featuring the Fab Five gathered around a menorah. It’s coming to Homage on October 30, with several clothing options, including T-shirts for adults and kids and a crewneck sweatshirt.
Additional Mickey-inspired Hanukkah apparel is available through Amazon Merch on Demand, including a Mickey Mouse Menorah Happy Holidays T-shirt and a design featuring Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck. Both are fun options for anyone who enjoys wearing a little Disney during the holidays.
Disney Hanukkah Books
If you’re shopping for younger Disney fans, there are two Hanukkah books worth checking out.
Disney Baby: A Hanukkah Surprise! features Mickey and Minnie introducing little readers to Hanukkah traditions.
There’s also Puppy for Hanukkah, a Little Golden Book inspired by the popular Hanukkah song. The story follows a child who receives an unexpected gift on the first night of the holiday.
Either would make a sweet addition to a child’s holiday book collection.
Star Wars Hanukkah Apparel
The droids are getting in on the celebration, too!
There’s a Star Wars Droid Dreidels R2-D2 and BB-8 T-shirt available through Hot Topic, along with a BB-8 Lighting the Hanukkah Menorah T-shirt from Amazon Merch on Demand.
For cooler weather, Disney has also highlighted two sweatshirts: a Star Wars Lightsaber Hanukkah Sweatshirt and a C-3PO Hanukkah Sweatshirt.
I have to say, seeing these familiar Star Wars characters worked into Hanukkah designs is pretty fun, especially the droids!
Marvel Hanukkah Merchandise
Marvel fans have a few holiday options of their own, starting with an Avengers Hanukkah Silk Touch Throw Blanket. The blanket features a festive pattern with menorahs, dreidels, and superhero symbols.
There’s also a Dreidels & Sufganiyot Avengers Logo Pullover Hoodie and a Dreidels Sufganiyot Spider-Man T-shirt, with the Spider-Man design available in additional adult and children’s sizes.
These could be fun gift ideas for Marvel fans who want something a little different from the usual superhero merchandise.
Stitch Hanukkah Merchandise
And finally, Stitch is joining the Hanukkah celebration!
The Lilo & Stitch Hanukkah Holiday Love You a Latke T-shirt features everyone’s favorite mischievous blue alien enjoying a holiday treat. It’s also available in toddler sizes.
There’s also a Stitch Funko Pop! collectible featuring Stitch playing dreidel. I think this one might be my favorite item in the entire assortment!
It’s always nice to see Disney offering merchandise for different holiday celebrations, especially when there are so many characters and styles to choose from.
