Disney fan and WDWNT reader Jeffrey has created a miniature version of the Walt Disney World Electrical Water Pageant. The miniature version includes 12 floats. The floats are powered by 12-volt batteries. According to Jeffrey’s YouTube video description, the floats are between 8 and 17 centimeters tall.
