November 2, 2026 will mark the 25th anniversary of the Pixar classic Monsters, Inc. If you’re hoping to celebrate Mike, Sulley, and Boo during your next trip, there are plenty of ways to give yourself a good scare across the Disney Parks.
Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor
This Magic Kingdom attraction has been a Tomorrowland favorite for nearly two decades. Whether you’re looking for more Mike Wazowski in your life, a good laugh, or simply want an AC break, Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor is a must for every Monsters, Inc. fan.
Say Hi to Sulley
If you’re needing a Kitty hug, Sulley currently meets guests at Pixar Plaza, located just before Toy Story Land at Hollywood Studios.
Exclusive Jollywood Nights Meet and Greet
New to Disney Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios in 2026, guests will have the chance to meet two rarely seen characters from Monsters, Inc.: George Sanderson and Needleman!
Coming Soon: Monstropolis
While it won’t be open in time for the film’s 25th anniversary, Monsters, Inc. fans can look forward to the all-new land, Monstropolis, opening at Hollywood Studios in 2027 or 2028. The replica of the fictional city will feature two new dining options, a new show titled Welcome to Monstropolis, and a new coaster centered around the famous revolving doors.
It’s going to be pretty incredible to finally step into a world we’ve been watching on screen for 25 years. And with Mike, Sulley, and the rest of the monsters getting their own corner of Hollywood Studios, there’s even more reason for fans to be excited about what’s ahead.
It’s hard to believe Monsters, Inc. is already turning 25! Whether you’re stopping by the Laugh Floor for a few jokes, grabbing a photo with Sulley, or making plans to visit Monstropolis in the future, there are plenty of ways to celebrate these beloved Pixar characters at Walt Disney World.
And if there’s one thing Mike and Sulley have taught us over the years, it’s that laughter really is more powerful than screams!
