No hotel at Walt Disney World is universally beloved. Even fan favorites like the Poly (“the 70s called”), Wilderness Lodge (“too rustic”), Contemporary (“ugly rooms; dated atrium”), Animal Kingdom Lodge (“too drab & dreary”), and any resort with Victorian styling (“it’s like grandma’s cottage”) have plenty of critics. None have unanimous 5-star reviews among guests….
