The Disney Adventure is the first in the fleet to let children dine at Palo for both brunch and dinner, the premium Italian restaurant found onboard all Disney Cruise Line ships.
Disney Adventure Allowing Kids at Palo
The Disney Adventure’s version of Palo Trattoria is inspired by Venice and the coastal setting of Pixar’s Luca. It’s a two-story fine-dining restaurant reminiscent of a seaside town under a star-filled sky, complete with twinkling constellations, moonlit accents, and celestial décor that until now was reserved exclusively for adults. However, guests on an upcoming sailing of the Adventure received this email from Disney Cruise Line announcing the change, with one sharing it on the Disney Adventure Cruising Singapore Facebook group:
As part of our continued efforts to create more ways for families to enjoy Palo together, we are delighted to share that Guests of all ages can dine together during this sailing.
During this sailing, children ages three to 12 will be able to enjoy Palo’s brunch offerings at a special rate, while an à la carte kid’s menu is also available upon request for dinner reservations.
If your clients would like to modify or change their reservation, they may visit the “My Reservations” section of the Disney Cruise Line website or the Navigator App to check availability or modify an existing reservation. Pre-booked activities can be modified online up to three days before sailing.

Palo is known fleetwide as an adult-only dining experience reserved for guests aged 18 and up, so welcoming kids is a very new departure for the cruise line. The email does not mention the Prima Notte event, which, as a wine tasting, is most likely staying adult-exclusive.
The change comes alongside the fleetwide announcement that all Palo restaurants will soon begin transitioning away from their prix fixe dinner menus, although no changes were announced for the brunch menu or Prima Notte event.
Disney Adventure
The Disney Adventure’s maiden voyage was in March 2026. The Singapore-based ship began its life as the Global Dream, ordered in 2016 by Genting Hong Kong. After Genting collapsed, Disney bought the unfinished ship in 2022 and refitted it to their designs. The transformation of the Disney Adventure will be the subject of a new documentary debuting on Disney+ next month.
The Adventure sails from Singapore on three- and four-night itineraries with days at sea. Beginning in December, the ship will introduce Langkawi, Malaysia, as its first port of call.
Disney Cruise Line Singapore also recently announced a new Duffy & Friends character breakfast on the ship. The ship features a Duffy and Friends store and the show Duffy and the Friend Ship.
