We’ve got some great news for fans of the Grand Floridian Cafe at Walt Disney World! Disney has announced that the popular table-service restaurant at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will officially reopen on Monday, November 2, 2026, following its extended refurbishment. Along with the reopening date, Disney has shared a first look at several menu items guests can look forward to trying.
The Grand Floridian Cafe has long been a favorite for guests looking for a relaxing meal away from the theme parks, and the newly refreshed dining room looks beautiful. The restaurant’s familiar bright and airy atmosphere remains, with soft green accents, elegant furnishings, and plenty of natural light.
As for the food, Disney has highlighted four dishes, including a sweet breakfast option and several savory favorites.

The Apple Butter Cinnamon Roll comes topped with a cinnamon-caramel crumb, giving the classic breakfast treat a little extra fall flavor.

For something heartier, The Club features house-roasted turkey, carved ham, bacon, herbed cheese spread, crispy onions, and tomato focaccia. It’s served with house-seasoned steak fries.

The Cobb Salad includes romaine lettuce, house-roasted turkey, bacon, avocado, tomato, egg, and blue cheese, all tossed with Cobb dressing.

Guests can also look forward to Fried Green Tomatoes served with remoulade sauce, a Southern-inspired addition to the menu.
The Grand Floridian Cafe serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making it a convenient dining option for resort guests and anyone visiting the Magic Kingdom area. Its location inside the Grand Floridian also makes it a nice spot to enjoy a meal before or after a ride on the monorail.
With the restaurant reopening November 2, guests won’t have much longer to wait to enjoy the refreshed space and check out these menu offerings. It’s great to see this longtime Disney World dining favorite welcoming guests back!
