  • Leesburg
  • Okeechobee
  • Sanford

Other cities, including Titusville, Melbourne, Sebring, and Palm Bay, are under a flash flood warning, while Stuart and Fort Pierce are under a coastal flood advisory.

Despite the flood watch, theme parks including Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando Resort remain open.

Earlier this month, NOAA predicted that the Walt Disney World Resort area has an elevated chance of receiving above-average rainfall this winter due to the looming El Niño.
