Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar will once again become Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar, complete with Christmas decorations, festive food, and some creative seasonal cocktails. This is one of my favorite holiday transformations at Disney Springs!
This Indiana Jones-inspired waterfront lounge at The Landing has become a fun holiday tradition, with decorations filling the aviation-themed space and a special menu that changes each year. Some of the most interesting holiday food at Disney Springs comes from this little hangar!
The 2026 holiday menu will be available November 10, 2026, through January 11, 2027, featuring five new savory dishes, returning favorites, and several new drinks.
Honestly, the entire menu appeals to me… but there is an entire flight of alcoholic hot chocolates, which sounds like a pretty good excuse for a holiday afternoon at Disney Springs. Here’s everything coming to Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar this year!
Holiday Food Menu
Available November 10, 2026, through January 11, 2027
- Holiday Freight Rolls (NEW): Egg rolls filled with pork, beef, and sweet potato, served with sweet-and-sour cranberry sauce.
- North Pole Catch (NEW): Smoked trout dip with lavash chips, smoked salmon pinwheels with caper dill cream cheese, and fish and shrimp cakes with citrus mustard aioli.
- Oh Christmas Brie (NEW): Crispy Danish brie with lingonberry marmalade and candied black pepper bacon.
- Present Perfect Croquettes (NEW): Crispy fried turkey croquettes with cherry-orange brandy glaze.
- Tinsel and Tender Bites (NEW): Cabernet-braised short ribs with spiced macadamia nuts and cauliflower purée.
- A Wreath of Wellington: Strip steak, mushroom duxelles, Gruyère, puff pastry, herbed Parmesan, and horseradish-mustard aioli.
- Boughs of Holly Deviled Eggs: Deviled eggs with sweet potato filling, fried chicken, herbed butter, cranberry, and parsley.
Non-Alcoholic Holiday Drink
- Hangar Holly Jolly (NEW): Minute Maid Apple Juice, kiwi syrup, lime juice, and Seagram’s Ginger Ale, garnished with cranberries.
Holiday Cocktails
- Cranberry Apple Compass Mule (NEW): Hendrick’s Gin, apple cider, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and ginger beer, garnished with sugared cranberries.
- Frosted Passage Martini (NEW): Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur, Bols Crème de Cacao White Liqueur, and cream, garnished with white chocolate.
- Holiday Cranberry Negroni (NEW): Hendrick’s Gin, Campari, Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth, cranberry juice, and simple syrup.
Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight (NEW)
This new flight features three alcoholic hot chocolates made with Joffrey’s Coffee hot cocoa:
- Spiced Dark Hot Chocolate: Dark hot chocolate with Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, cinnamon syrup, whipped cream, and cinnamon.
- White Chocolate and Raspberry: White hot chocolate with Frangelico and Chambord liqueurs, whipped cream, salted caramel crispy pearls, and raspberry sauce.
- Coconut Hot Chocolate: Dark hot chocolate with Malibu Coconut Rum, Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur, whipped cream, coconut flakes, and holiday sprinkles.
Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar is always worth a visit for the decorations alone. The holiday menu makes it even more tempting, whether you’re stopping in for a few appetizers or enjoying a seasonal cocktail along the waterfront.
