FIRST LOOK! The Snow White Attraction Has New Scenes and a NEW NAME in Disneyland!

We may not be able to go inside of Disneyland Park at the moment, but Disney’s team has been working on some projects in the happiest place on earth for all of us to enjoy in the future.

One of the projects announced some time ago is the reimagining of the Snow White Scary Adventures attraction there. We hadn’t heard too many updates about this project lately, but today — on the anniversary of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’ premiere at the Carthay Circle Theatre — we got a MASSIVE reveal and first look at the updated attraction AND its NEW NAME!

Today, Disney shared that Snow White’s Scary Adventures in Disneyland Park is being renamed and reimagined as Snow White’s Enchanted Wish!

While Disneyland has been closed, the team at Walt Disney Imagineering has been working on the updates at this attraction, which Disney has said will be ready when the park is reopened at a later date.

And while some elements from the old attraction are still there, other parts have been enhanced and new scenes have been added. For example, a new dancing Snow White animatronic has been added in one scene with the dwarfs and the dwarfs’ mine scene has received LOTS of sparkly, upgraded elements including vibrant shadow projections.

Check out the video below for a peek at the reimagined attraction!

Disney also shared a peek at the attraction on TikTok, sharing more details like how guests may notice the scent of apple pie in the cottage scene wafting through the air. We LOVE a good, signature Disney scent.

Some of the scenes in this newly reimagined ride remind us a bit of Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in Disney World. We can’t wait to see more of this attraction and get the chance to ride it once Disneyland Park reopens in the future. For now, both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are closed, but Downtown Disney and Buena Vista Street in California Adventure are open for limited shopping and dining under Southern California’s stay-at-home order. We’ll keep an eye out for more updates about Disneyland and let you know what we spot.
