Disney has explained the weather updates and policies for the upcoming holiday event, Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Weather Updates and Policies for Jollywood Nights
When guests search “Weather updates and policies for Disney’s Jollywood Nights” on the Walt Disney World Resort app, they can get more information about what happens when inclement weather occurs.
Disney Jollywood Nights will continue in the event of most inclement weather. However, guests should check the attractions map to find available experiences and wait times.
In the event of inclement weather, some or all performances of “Glisten!” and “Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club” may be cancelled. Instead, midnight showings of “Disney Holidays in Hollywood” and an additional event called “Characters at The Magic of Disney Animation” will be added. Meanwhile, “What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along will continue as regularly scheduled. “Sunset Seasons Greetings” and “Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” may still be offered.
In cases of inclement weather, character experiences will be relocated to these indoor locations:
- Inside Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular: Chip ‘n’ Dale from Chip ‘n Dale Rescue Rangers, Baloo or King Louie from TaleSpin, Max as Powerline, and Phineas and Ferb.
- Inside ABC Commissary: José Carioca or Panchito from The Three Caballeros.
- Near First Order Cargo: The Mandalorian and Grogu
- Near Toy Story Mania!: Bo Peep and Sarge
- Near Roundup Rodeo BBQ: Partysaurus Rex

- Inside The Magic of Disney Animation: Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, and Pluto.
The following Characters will continue to appear in their regular party locations:
- Near Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run: Chewbacca
- At Celebrity Spotlight: Stitch dressed as Santa
- Near Baseline Tap House: Scrooge McDuck
- At Walt Disney Presents: Duffy dressed as Santa
Select dining locations around the park will remain open during inclement weather, so guests can enjoy holiday snacks and festive beverages. Guests can also stay dry in gift shops.
