It’s another cold winter day here at Universal Orlando. The sun is shining, but temperatures are in the 40s, which can cause weather delays for some of the outdoor attractions, like Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit and the Incredible Hulk. Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit was testing throughout the morning and afternoon after being closed yesterday. The attractions all had high wait times, but the parks did not hit capacity today.
