Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we’ve seen a lot of new health and safety measures put into place, especially for travelers.
Disneyland Park — Health and Safety Reminders
Those coming to Disney World can expect physical distancing markers, a touchless security system, temperature checks, and mask mandates, along with enhanced cleaning procedures. And outside of Disney World, other popular travel destinations and airports are putting their own precautions in place to protect travelers. Now, there’s a good chance that COVID tests will be required for those traveling to the United States.
The Wall Street Journal reported that the U.S. is expected to begin requiring airline passengers to prove that they tested negative for Coronavirus before flying into the country. This measure comes in an effort to reduce the spread as case numbers continue to rise.

They stated that this requirement for negative tests comes from the CDC. The order could be issued as early as today and could go into effect on January 26th, 2021. The order would apply to international travelers as well as U.S. residents returning to the United States.
Last month, the CDC began requiring negative test results for those traveling from the U.K.. Air travel has yet to return to “normal” since the pandemic, with numbers down significantly from last year.
