Walt Disney Animation Studios announced today on Twitter that animator Dale Baer has passed away. Baer’s Disney Animation career spanned nearly 50 years and began with Robin Hood. He was 70-years-old when he passed away on January 15th, 2021. Baer has worked as a supervising animator on beloved Disney animated films The Emperor’s New Groove and Winnie the Pooh.
