If you’ve been stalking social media (like we have, ahem…) for any sort of announcement regarding the opening of the new expansion in the France pavilion in EPCOT’s World Showcase, you may have seen that Disney has opened part of the new area this morning!
A Disney cast member was in the area with Remy, everyone’s favorite Little Chef!
Last week when Deni visited that location, the large construction walls had been removed and we were able to take a bit of a look around, but as she shared, the “bushes-on-wheels” were blocking guests from actually entering that new area.
There are still some large construction walls blocking guests from entering the main section of the newly expanded area and all that’s open today are the new restrooms. They are looking quite lovely from the outside and the new area fits in seamlessly.
We’re excited for more of the area to start being revealed to guests and especially for the opening of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and Le Creperie which, according to the sign below, will be in 2021!
