Back in December, restaurants in Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District faced another round temporary closures due to a regional Stay-At-Home order mandated by the California Governor. And, it wasn’t until recently that California lifted the order, meaning that outdoor dining can return to the state.

This means that active eating and drinking are allowed again at Downtown Disney as long as guests are stationary and physically distanced. In response, we’re now starting to see restaurants announcing their reopening dates. And, today two joined the list and are set to open at the end of the month!

UVA Bar and Cafe will be reopening on January 30th. This outdoor bar is a great spot to enjoy a meal while soaking up all the California sunshine.

You’ll be able to stop by and grab one of their delicious burgers Monday-Thursday from 12PM-8PM and Saturday-Sunday 11AM-8PM. We always enjoy heading over and trying the newest burger of the month so we’ll see what they come up with when they reopen!

And, Tortilla Jo’s will be joining the restaurants reopening at Downtown Disney at the end of the month.

The upbeat Mexican restaurant will be open weekly Monday-Thursday 12PM-8PM and Saturday and Sunday 11AM-8PM. For now, we’re not sure if the counter service location, Taqueria, will be reopening with the restaurant this month.
