If there’s anything you can rely on when visiting the Germany Pavilion in EPCOT, it’s beer. Germany is one of the World Showcase Pavilions where we all tend to experience that “When in Rome” moment, you know? When in the Germany Pavilion, one orders a beer!

If you frequent the Germany Pavilion, however, you may have noticed that time and time again, the beer selections seem to be more or less the same. That’s why we we were all the more excited to see on our visit today that there were not one, but TWO new beer offerings at the Germany Hovels Stand.
After visiting the Joy of Tea earlier today in the China Pavilion and tasting their new drink special, we hopped over to Germany to see what else we could find for the latest libations!

When we asked if there were any new beers available, we were directed to the two offerings: the Blueberry Peppercorn Cider and the Weihenstephaner Lager!

After we ordered the Blueberry Peppercorn Cider, the Cast Member we spoke with told us that a lot of guests have been asking to see more rotating beer offerings, so they hope to switch up these selections often!

Now, we should note that technically these aren’t BRAND new beers in EPCOT. The Cast Member told us that the Blueberry Peppercorn Cider was very popular during last year’s Festival of the Holidays, so they brought it back! The Weihenstephaner Lagers are often spotted around EPCOT festivals as well, the most recent being this year’s Festival of the Arts.

Still, we can’t complain with two new beers being added to non-festival menus in EPCOT!

We’ll check back on the Germany Hovels Stand to see if their menu offerings do in fact begin to rotate more frequently!
