As the spring break crowds continue to visit Universal Orlando Resort, the theme parks have reached capacity once again. According to the Universal FL app and the capacity hotline, both Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure had reached capacity today shortly before 1:30 PM.
