This past year has been a wild ride for Disney’s movie releases.
We saw Pixar’s Soul get released on Disney+ for free, while others, like Mulan and Raya and the Last Dragon, were put up on Premier Access, meaning that fans had to pay a fee to watch. Today, Disney has shared BIG news when it comes to upcoming films. For example, changes have been made for Black Widow and Luca. Now there’s a BIg update regarding Cruella as well.
The new live-action film about Cruella de Vil will be premiering on May 28th, 2021. According to Variety, the movie will now debut on Disney+ Premier Access AND in movie theaters on that day.
We don’t yet have a price point for how much it will cost to stream Cruella, but if it follows the mold of other movies released on the service, then it will be $29.99.
We’ll make sure to keep you updated with any more details on this upcoming movie and its release, so stay tuned to DFB. We’ve got all the news on Disney media to share with you, so thanks for being a loyal reader!
