Jungle Cruise
We already know that spots like Splash Mountain will be getting a MASSIVE Princess and the Frog update. And, not too long ago, we learned that the classic Jungle Cruise ride would even be getting some updates of its own! There will be new characters and scenes popping up soon, and we’ve got some good news for everyone heading to Disney World over the next several months!
Imagineer Zach Riddley shared another image of the new scenes that will be placed along the Jungle Cruise river earlier today. And, even though we’re super excited to see these adorable monkey-catching butterflies, we’re VERY happy to know that Disney World will keep Jungle Cruise open while the refurbishment takes place over the upcoming months.
So, don’t worry! You won’t have to bid adieu to your Skippers any time soon. And, you can even see the progress on the new scenes as you cruise along the backside of water. As we return to Disney World, we’ll be sure to keep you updated on the progress of the Jungle Cruise refurbishment! Stay tuned to DFB for all the Disney news you need to know!
