NEWS: Here’s When Disneyland Dining Reservations Will Be Available!

Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park will be reopening in LESS than a month!

Soon Guests Will Get to Go Inside Disneyland Park!

So far, we’ve seen the state of California release updated theme park reopening guidelines, and gotten a look at Disneyland ticket purchasing guidelines. Today we got even MORE info about tickets, park hours, parking, and more. We’ll be breaking all of it down for you in series of posts, but in this post we’ll be focusing on those big updates you need to know about DINING at Disneyland and when you’ll be able to make dining reservations!

Today, Disney shared an update on how dining will be handled in the parks. If you’re looking for a contactless and cashless experience, you’ll be able to place a Mobile Order for the food and drinks you want.

Mobile Order

Disneyland’s Mobile Order is available exclusively through the Disneyland app. Mobile Order will be available at most quick service restaurants inside of the Disneyland Resort theme parks.

But, what about table service dining? Disney has stated that, “In order to foster physical distancing during this time, [they] plan to reopen dining bookings for select locations on April 22, with limited capacity.” So, MARK THOSE CALENDARS! If getting those dining reservations is anything like what we experienced trying to get dining reservations for A Touch of Disney, it’ll likely be quite the challenge!

Cafe Orleans

Guests will be able to book their dining reservation 60 days in advance on Disneyland.com or with the Disneyland App, subject to availability. You’ll want to make sure you’ve got the latest version of the app installed on your device.

Disney has also previously shared that Blue Bayou Restaurant will be reopening some time after the parks reopen. An official opening date for that has not yet been set.

Also, keep in mind that Orange County, where Disneyland is located, recently moved into California’s Orange Tier, meaning indoor dining is allowed in theme parks, at a maximum of 25% capacity.
