One of the spots we’re most excited about is White Castle! This burger joint announced its Florida location (the first in 50 years!) in 2019, and we’ve been dreaming about its square burgers ever since. And now, we’ve got a SUPER exciting update!
According to Fox 35, White Castle has announced its official opening date: May 3rd, 2021! It will be open from 8AM-1AM on opening day, before settling into a 9AM-1AM, seven days a week schedule. And sometime in the future, White Castle will transition to being open 24 hours a day. Comfort food ANY time of night?! We’ll take it!

If you want to make a trip here from Disney World, you won’t have too far of a drive. It’s located in O-Town West, near Palm Parkway and Daryl Carter Boulevard. That’s just minutes from Disney property! You’ll also have take-out, dine-in, and drive-through options, which means you could totally take your feast back to your hotel and eat it there.

While we’re waiting on White Castle, we’re also eagerly anticipating Portillo’s, which will open in the same area. Sounds like Disney Quick Service might have some competition! We’ll keep a close eye on any White Castle updates and be sure to keep ya posted. Stay tuned to DFB!
