Favorite Fort Wilderness Activity Returns with Modifications

Fans of the Fort can rejoice; one of the most beloved activities available to guests of the resort has returned, albeit with a few modifications.

The evening campfire that takes place at Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground‘s movie area has resumed, but without Chip ‘n’ Dale and without the Cowboy Sing-A-Long. The campfire will take place from 7-8pm on select nights through the end of June, and will begin occurring every evening starting July 1st.

Again, for the time being, Chip ‘n’ Dale will not be a part of the campfire time, and the sing-a-long portion of the campfire will not take place. Guests may bring their own supplies for roasting marshmallows, and if you need extra s’mores supplies, graham crackers, chocolate bars, and bags of marshmallows are available for sale at the nearby Meadow Trading Post.

The nightly Movie Under the Stars begins at 8:30pm. Those wishing to participate should keep in mind that both the campfire and the movie are weather permitting.
