Citricos is reopening soon in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa with a NEW look inspired by Mary Poppins Returns!

But the Mary Poppins Returns-inspired look isn’t the only new thing coming to this spot. When Citricos reopens this summer, it’ll also have a brand NEW menu. Want to get a peek at what you’ll be able to order? We’re breaking it all down for you here!

According to Disney, Chef Andres Mendoza has crafted a NEW menu for Citricos. Looking to get an appetizer? In terms of starters, you’ll find things like Sweet Corn Bisque with pickled fennel, popcorn, and fennel oil, and a Strawberry Salad with chamomile-infused goat cheese, frisée lettuce, bacon vinaigrette, and spiced sunflower seeds.

Ready to move onto the entrees? You’ll find a variety of items available including Butter-poached Florida Cobia with mashed fingerling potatoes, grilled asparagus, and local mushrooms with a grapefruit beurre blanc, as well as Guava Barbequed Short Ribs with aged cheddar creamy grits, roasted poblano, curtido slaw, and Brussels sprouts.

And, of course, you’ve got to leave room for dessert! Disney has shared that Pastry Chef Kristine Farmer has created some dessert options for this spot including Warm Apple Rose with seasonal apple, marzipan layers, and frozen coconut milk, and the Chocolate Torte, which features a dark chocolate financier, dark cherry compote, and vanilla bean mascarpone cream.

Disney’s website for Citricos notes that the menu will feature Florida cuisine with Mediterranean flavors. In terms of desserts, it also lists an orange blossom flan.

The restaurant also has an award-winning wine list. Disney has shared that the wine and cocktail program was designed by Sommelier Israel Perez.

If you’re looking for an elevated food and wine experience, Disney has announced that there will be a NEW and exclusive Sommelier Room at Cítricos where Israel and his team will source boutique wines that pair with special creations from Chef Andres.

So far, this is the first peek at the menu that Disney has shared. We’ll be on the lookout for full menu details and we’ll share those with you when they’re released.

Keep in mind that Citricos does have a dress code. Men must wear khakis, slacks, or dress shorts and collared shirts. Women must wear Capri pants, skirts, dresses, or dress shorts. You can see more about the dress code below.
