The Rotunda Bistro, one of the seven new marketplaces featured at this year’s EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, is preparing to open officially for the start of the festival tomorrow, July 15. Cash registers have been setup just outside of the main entrance of The American Adventure. Just past the doors inside, napkins and utensil dispensers sit on a bar/service area.
